Flat shipping is 13.95$ for Canada and 19.95$ for US.

Free shipping on all purchases of $185 or more in Canada and 200$ or more in US

Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days after payment of invoice.

While we strive to ensure your packages
arrive safely, we are not to be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or
stolen goods. If such a mishap occurs, we'll work our magic and file a claim
with Canada Post.

When you're checking out, make sure you
provide the correct shipping address, product selection and information. If you
realize you've entered the wrong address, don't panic! Reach out to our
friendly team at moonlighttrail@outlook.com before your order ships. Failure to
do so may mean your package gets lost, and we will not issue a refund.

To avoid any unwanted adventures, we highly
recommend verifying your address, items selected and full name before you
finalize your order. After all, we want your package to find its way to you!

Our shipping materials are either reused or recyclable. Your order may be shipped in a gently used box.. reduce, reuse and recycle!

2. If you CLAIM it, you bought it!

By commenting to claim an item, you are agreeing to purchase it – kindly avoid requesting to put items back or swap them.

3. Internet Speeds differ

The item goes to whoever's comment came in first on MY screen. Please keep in mind there’s usually a lag during live sales and claim may show in different order on your screen.

4. How to CLAIM

Shipping is a FLAT RATE!. 13.95$ for Canada, 19.95$ for US. FREE SHIPPING on all purchases of $185 or more in Canada and 200$ or more in US. International shipping is available; DM us for more info.

6. Purchasing claimed crystals

Payment is required within 24 hours of receiving the invoice via email. Check your Junk folder. Follow Instagram for "Invoices Posted" updates. Unpaid claims after 24 hours will be considered abandoned.

Due to the inherent properties of crystals, all sales are non-refundable and non-returnable. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that once a crystal or other items is purchased*, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All sales are final

Defective purchases

Notification of Defective Purchases:
Customers must notify the seller (Moonlight Trail) of any defective purchases
within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the customer's
inability to obtain a refund or replacement (following a Canada Post claim).

 

Packaging and Shipping: The Moonlight Trail
team takes great care in packing each item to ensure safe delivery. However,
the seller cannot be held responsible for any items that are broken, stolen,
damaged, or delayed during the shipping process. Customers are advised to
inspect all deliveries upon receipt and report any issues immediately.
